If I set both front coilovers to be exactly the same height, and both rear coilovers to the exact same height, should the left and right ride heights match? Or is there uneven lateral weight distribution in the car that could through it off?

I set mine like outlined above, exactly the same left and right, but the driver's side is lower than the right. Now, the steering rack and other things are shifted over to the driver's side, so is that why they aren't the same?

Should I try to make them even? They are differing by about 1/4 to 1/2 inch side to side on the front and rear. I give a range because I tried to find a flat surface and measured a few times. The surface was not perfectly flat, but the driver's side was consistently lower than the passenger side.

 

It can be off.

For now, I will not do the corner balance since I am not gonna do any serious racing. I still need to get an alignment, feels a little squirrely, but wow does it grip! Way less body roll, I still haven't broken traction but I have done some fast turns where my wheels would have definitely been squealing and sliding before. Now it feels like it's glued to the road.

If -15 is hardest and +15 is softest, I set the rears to -5 and fronts to -10

I didn't worry about trying to make the ride height the same, I just made sure the coilovers were adjusted to the exact same height on the left and right. The front is about 1/4 inch lower than the back. I'll let it settle a few more days and get it aligned.

 

Mine vary by about 1/8. Right side is 26 4/8 ground to fender on the passenger side while driver's side is 26 5/8; That's after alignment.
