G37 BC Coilovers Front Height Adjustment Problem.
Searched the Internet & Forums and couldn't find an exact answer on how to adjust the front height of the BC Coilovers for the G37.
I loosened the bottom ring and removed the brake lines and abs sensor from the bottom shaft but it barely turned. i might have got it to turn 1/2 way before giving up.
The rears were easy, i just unscrewed the bottom ring and turned the coilovers til i got the specific distance then locked the thread but the fronts don't seem like that since the springs are on the coilovers.
Please help!

For the fronts there are three rings - top, middle and bottom.
For adjusting height, you loosen the bottom but use the top and middle to adjust (without loosening those).
After loosening the bottom, verify that the top and middle rings are snug against each other then proceed as follows.
Using the provided spanner wrenches:
To lower, turn the Top ring counter clock-wise (right to left)
To raise, turn the Middle ring clock-wise (left to right)
If you turn the wrong ring the wrong way, then it will loosen the rings and/or change the pre-load. You know you're doing it right because the cartridge height will change, not the spring height.
For the rears, after adjusting the springs, make sure you adjust the strut length according to BC's recommendations at the bottom of this page.
Also, a tip, brush and air blow the threads prior to doing this.
