Agreed.

I was expecting a whine from the PS pump or rumbling from the front wheel bearings based on the description by the OP, but I couldn't tell what was going on in the video because of all the background noise.

If I had to guess though, I'd say its the bearings just because that can be hard to record to sound of even if apparent to the occupant of the car and a power steering pump whine would probably have been high pitched enough to be heard above all the background noise...

if it's like a whine - It could be your power steering pump/Pulley or your belt - Just changed my power steering pump - It was PITA to get the bottom bolt out - Had to move the fans to the side and more the radiator hose out of the way - Good news is that now I have fresh radiator fluid and power steering fluid and the car is back in beast mode. Good luck

Hmmm. My guess is the steering rack or a loose tie rod. Could also be something on the shaft under the dash. I'm grasping at straws.

I have the same problem. Sounds more like metal rubbing, but not high pitch whining... just gets louder the faster and more I turn into a curve. Dealership did say the power steering fluid looked abnormally discolored so I will start there.
