Hey all,
Just pulled the trigger on some coilovers. Now according to the picture attached, is that all i would need to be good for alignment? Would you add anything else? I don't want to keep the stock bucket.

It's really up to you regarding elimination of the Spring bucket (aka lower control arm), it would reduce a bit of weight and make for a cleaner look. Not sure if there's much of an advantage except for the greater adjustment range of the toe arms, and you wouldn't be cutting into your car to elongate the oem slots.
If you haven't seen this thread you might contact the OP and see if he has any other suggestions, I think he's still running the buckets though.

The guys on the 370Z boards argue that the upper damper mount in the body isn't designed to take the loads imposed by the springs which could cause distortion or failure. Others say that as long as you aren't a track rat that the body can deal with the loads. Don't think there has been a case of failure yet, but who really knows?
