are these coilovers a good deal?
For the price they're a good buy, don't have adjustable dampers but Tein makes good products. The newest version of those isn't the Basic but the Tein Basis.

Everyone's level of tolerance to discomfort is different. My personal opinion / experience is low speed 20mph'ish dampening is a bit to the stiff side but high speed is great. However I don't agree it's uncomfortably stiff.
