Lowering 4WS Toe adjustments?
Lowering 4WS Toe adjustments?
Caught the bug bad again after purchasing a used 08 6MT Sport Coupe and plan on lowering it soon.
My main question is when lowered will there be ample toe adjustment on the 4WS system? Will the 4WS cause any excessive wear or issues when lowered? I don't want to tear though tires since I will be running slight camber to fit 20x10.5 +22 in the rear.
Is coilover the best option for a daily spirited driver?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
P.s. I searched all over but couldn't find much on the 4WS subject. I guess its not a very popular option...

Or maybe someone w/ AWS can chime in.
G/L w/ your new coupe, those 10.5 +22s are going to take some work but once fitted properly should look
I stand corrected:
Okay so apparently you can install the SPC cam/toe kit to adjust the toe. The 4ws have a adjustment similar to non-4ws cars, it just looks like a very tight spot. I am running stock toe bolts and they cannot get the toe into spec, alignment showed -1.6 degree which you can barely handle the car, its very squirrelly. A buddy of mine has the 4ws on his 07 G35 and installed the SPC toe kit. The 4ws will not adjust/fix the toe to 0 degrees because I don't think it has the logic to do so. It just changes the toe up to 1 degree when needed.

Why would they use the camber bolt kit in this situation? looks dangerous ...

Here's a thread from a while back that I found this out from~

I have installed the SPC Toe Bolts kit using the SPC Rotary Bits, it ate through the steel like butter using a right angle drill. This with conjunction with the SPL rear camber arms I was able to get back into spec.
