G37 coupe rear suspension squeak noise

Guys I went outside and made a video.
Sounds a bit weird from the outside. That noise happens when I push downward on the trunk area. It seems to be the upper area of the strut, like shlop shlop shlop sound as you can hear. What could it be? Maybe its the OEM top hat that was put on the KW coilover? Maybe the shock itself? I dont know what types of noise the shocks make, so this is new to me.

did u fix it.
Mine creeks also just recently it's kinda loud I'm on tanabe coilovers.....did u get it fixed?
