Coupe wheels on a X sedan?

I need new tires but I came across a set of sport coupe wheels and tires for a good price. The fronts are 225/45R19 and the rears are 245/40R19. Would it be ok to put these staggered wheels on my X sedan? I dont want to mess up the all wheel drive system.

I currently use 4 tires, all are 225/50R18

From: Framingham Ma,
I think that is in spec for rolling DIAM. But some else chime in? I ran staggered on my X coupe last summer and had zero issues

The tire sizes could be better, but they should work fine. Basically you want the tire to be as close as possible height wise, so they turn at the same speeds. I have coupe wheels on my X, but with closer tire sizes.

Which size tires do you use?

I am currently running with this setup (225/24/19 - front and 245/40/19 - rear) for the past 4months. I have had no issues so far.

I have 275/35 and 245/40. Mine are about .5% off where yours are about 1%. Not a big deal, but when it comes time to replace them I would try to get it as close as possible.

The rule if thumb is if they are within 3% then you should be fine.

I'd go w/ a wider setup unless you're going to be going through snow a lot of the time, something like a 245/275 setup is a good match.

Would that setup cause any rubbing?

As long as the tire diameters are within 3% of factory you will be OK. Keep in mind, over long term, this puts more strain on your diffs. (wider tires/wheels get more traction than the narrow ones up front)

Thanks for all the info guys. I got a great price and ended up buying the set of 19" coupe wheels and tires and will be putting them on my car later this week.
