KWv3's on

Just got my KWv3's and Michelin Super Sports installed on my car this past week. It's a daily driver and I didn't want to deal with speed bump, curb, and driveway hassles too much, so Rob and Z Car garage gave me a mild drop - 1" in the back and 1 1/8" in the front. I might go lower. We'll see.

Put the SPC front (not the newly released ones) and rear kits on too.

I don't have much suspension setup experiences to compare too other than the stock IPL suspension, but I have to say the KW's feel awesome. Definitely not harsher than the IPL suspension. I want to say they feel better, but it might just be in my head.

Anyways, only one picture so far:

Car looks great, I really really wish KW would design the Variant series for the awd coupe's. I would buy a set of v3's in a heartbeat

Thanks, guys!

Yeah, I'm surprised KW doesn't make v3's for the awd. Should get someone out in norcal with an awd to work with KW on that. I imagine it would be relatively easy, but I'm no expert or anything.

I'm pretty happy with my setup for now. Although, I was thinking some halos on the fog lights could be cool. From reading the wikipedia entry on fog lights Automotive lighting - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, sounds like they're mostly cosmetic anyways with california weather the way it is, so loss of brightness isn't a big deal for me.

Looks Good, did you up size your tires? You should lower it just a bit more in the front and put eibach Sways on add 20MM H&R wheels spacers on.

Trust me you will not want to stop driving your car.

Oh yeah, sway bars. Thanks for reminding me, GTLAW. Argh! Haha!

Tires are the same size as the stockies, just better.

^thanks! Was planning to leave it for a while and let it settle and get some extended time with it before revisiting the ride height.

Seriously, does anybody here have contact with KW to request them to make a kit for us? All we have is BC Racing, which suffers from clunking noises in the majority of their sets

Looks fantastic.

What settings are you using now?

I have a new kit sitting in my garage... can't wait to get them installed w/ 15/20mm spacers. Track day @ Laguna Seca in October... I'll be ready.

The coils have had some time to settle some, so I'll try to get another pic up when I get the chance. The rear is still a bit lower than the front. And the front still clears most curbs.

I think rob set me up with a middle-ish. Sorry I can't help you out more. Whatever he did, I am liking it.
