Staggered wheels on G37x

My G37 2010 sport vert

I’m running with 245/40R19 all around.
Mechanic at firestone recommended not driving freeway until
I get the right/recommended size tires.
I do notice some shakiness/sloppiness at freeway speeds.
Is it a big deal or not ?
Does he just want to sell me tires?

225/45R19 front and 245/40R19

So, mine are not staggered now. They are all 245/40r19

How important is this difference as far as safety and possible damage to the car in any way?
Also, if i buy new tires; will I need to buy new wheels ?

Even if from factory your car comes staggered, you now running a square 245/40R19 is fine and safe.

If the new tires feel shaky then the shop did not do a good job balancing your setup. Or there's a bent wheel and its balanced the best it can be.

Some new tires can be a little slick when new also but generally not all seasons, touring category.
