18" vs 19" wheels - comfort and ride quality - can you speak from your experiences? Also how is tire *durability* with 18" vs 19"?

I change my wheels from 18" to 20" and have drove it on not-so-good roads for the past 5 months (G37 non-S). This is what i feel the effect it had:

1) Car more stable (less tramlining) and had more grip (probably due to wider tyres rather than wheel Inch)

2) Minimal effect on ride quality.

3) More tyre noise as tyre wears (More of a problem with tyre quality i think)

Conclusion, it will definately effect your ride quality abit but nothing much to actually deter you from making the change. Unless ofcourse you had sport coils or springs in which i would assume will deter ride quality alot more.
