Big brake upgrade on a sedan

I've searched around a bit and couldn't find what I'm looking for. My wife used to have a G coupe with the sport brakes. A friend wants to upgrade his sedan brakes and has most of the parts. He's having trouble figuring out what lines he needs that go from the hard line coming from the master cylinder to the caliper. Not sure if it goes from the hard line with another hard line to a "distribution block" or something else like that and then on to the caliper with rubber or if it's just rubber or what. What we're looking for is a picture of the rear caliper specifically how the brake line feeds from the hard line to the caliper.

If someone has pictures or could take pictures for me/us, I'd be eternally grateful. Or, if I missed some pictures or a DIY or something of the sort and you'd like to slap me upside the head and point me in that direction, I'd appreciate it as well.

TIA

No one has closeup pictures of the hard line to the caliper? Could someone maybe do me a favor over the weekend and jack their rear up, take the wheel off and snap 3 or 4 pics? PLEASE!!!!
