Question g37x Spring Rates for Street

I'm in need of replacing my current setup of lowering springs with a nice set of coilovers and have been doing a lot of research regarding the spring rates for the x coupe models but seem to be falling short as I cant find a whole lot of post-install reviews. Theres a wide difference in what companies offer in terms of the default spring rates they use, I've seen 14k front / 8k rear, 12k front / 10k rear, 16k front / 8k rear, etc. I'm looking to have a stiffer ride over stock but the roads where I am aren't the best so still wanting to keep a decent ride. I was leaning towards 12k front / 10k rear and am curious what thoughts are on that, its a daily driver but I take it on nice curvy back roads when I get the chance so it seems like a good middle ground. Has anyone used this setup or recommend something different?

Have you upgraded your sway bars?

Yes forgot to mention, I’ve already ordered a set of hotchkis sway bars which I know can be stiff themselves - which makes me wonder if 12k/10k springs are too stiff for street in combination.

I ran 11k/8k on my g37x sedan (fortune auto 500 coilovers w/swift springs) and I can't say enough good things about them. I'll be posting them soon for sale since I sold the car, but it rode great even over terrible potholes and the ride I considered even better than stock.

My advice is that you can most of the time "stiffen" a ride with softer springs by turning up the dampers but if you go with springs that are too stiff you can't really adjust them and impacts will be harsh. I don't think I gave anything up with 11k/8k. The car was absolutely flat in corners and rode excellently.
