Slip vdc and abs light on

I took out my headlights to ship them out to get them customized. I turned On my car and I saw the vdc, and, and slip light in. Does removing the headlights cause these lights to turn on?

I remember those light came on but I'm sure the headlight were not removed.

Did you drive the car or just turned it on?

I had those lights on when my brake fluid was low - I filled it up and problem solved
Your might be another issue but it's worth a shot
