Looks great, man! Any issues while driving (rubbing, bottoming out, etc.)? Also, did you install anything else besides just the springs themselves?

Eibach prokit and SPC camber/toe bolt kit in the rear. Fender liner trimmed in the rear. It rides great and I love the look. No rubbing yet and hasn't bottomed out. Running 20x10.5 +25offset (no spacers) and 285/30 tire in the rear. Alignment camber is out of specs a little, .3 degrees in the rear. Question...does the bottoming out come with time??

 

Looks really nice there^^^, what part # is that Eibach kit, do they make a vert specific spring? Or were these regular coupe springs? Nice job on the alignment and looks like good wheel/tire fit too, what wheel/tire spec are you running in front?

 

@blnewt part#Manufacturer Part #: 6388.140. I have STR Racings Vossen Replica's.. yeah I know but they came in more aggressive offsets and were much cheaper. Front 20x9 +18 245/30, Rear 20x10.5 +25 285/30. I was running these on my G35 coupe and just switched them out when I bought the vert.

 

H&R had some G37 Vert spring on the tire rack store but they said not compatible with hardtop vert just the roadster...I was confused so didn't go that rought.

 

So if this is correct, 350 lb/in = 6.2 kg/mm and 550 lb/in = 9.8 kg/mm, your variable spring rate is actually stiffer than stock coilover linear springs. Rear springs on BC are 8kg and on D2 is 8.7kg. Very interesting.

 

Don't feel bad about those STRs, looks like they had what you wanted in the proper offsets, and saved you some cash, should get your moneys' worth, hard to argue w/ that.

So is that Eibach spring# a vert. specific part?
