Nice data there M3 clubracer!
It's the variance in tire diameter front to back, there's plenty of staggered tires that will work but the need to be under 1% diameter variance, and the closer to zero the better
FWIW Here's the best tire combos I'd recommend for 18s/19s/20s, then pick proper wheel widths/offsets to get them to fit~
18s
235/45 & 265/40 (0.07%)
245/45 & 275/40 -0.07%
255/45 & 285/40 -0.22%
Oh, one more thing Hugh, please just post one thread per topic. I know you're new and wanted a quick reply. But someone will get you answered lol. Welcome to the site!
And I'm moving this to the suspension folder

Thanks a lot, learn something new everyday. Now if have a better idea what to look for
I have gotten some inquiries on the status/look recently for some reason. I love the look and the bum doesn't look so saggy to me. Everyone can tell it's lower and the ride is fine on all but on drastic roads. All but the largest of speed bumps are no problem. Luv them still.
WTB Hotchkis sways.
After 55 weeks of settle.
I tried to level the car since the driveway is not.
That's good info, interesting that it dropped a further 8-9mm front & back in about a years time. FWIW my coilovers (Megan Street LP) have only changed 2mm in about 4 years (I'm out of town so I'm not sure of the exact purchase date).
Thanks! Yeah but that could be tread wear. I should have started out measuring from the center of the axle or wheel rim but neither is very accurate without the proper equipment.
Looking pretty good. The difference in the fromt wheel gap and rear would drive me nuts though. I just picked up these same springs. I plan on adding the additional isolators on the rear springs.
