So I have a G37X awd sedan.. i was planning to get coils but i need to save up money. So in the mean time im going to buy springs. I'm putting on 20s in the spring. I wanna close the wheel space with the fender. Best lower springs for X sedan? Until I get my coils... Looking for the best ride I can get out of springs. I know it wont be the best.....

And will I need a camber kit? Front or rear? or both?

 

I have eibach springs on my X. There is like no fender gap at all, infact the wheel is a little under the fender.

The thing is though, the front is still a little higher than the back.
I think Swift AWD springs are supposed to be an even drop front / rear



btw, if you value ride quality i wouldn't go with 20s.

 

Did you need a camber kit?

 

Well, I don't actually know to be honest. The shop i got my alignment done at said its in spec, which i know is total BS because just by looking at it there is obvious camber, and they wouldn't give me the alignment sheet. (the printer was "broken")

My plan is to take it to another shop and have it aligned again and see what they say, but yes my guess is it will need a camber kit. There is a lot of negative camber.

 

I have Eibach springs and 20" wheels, the ride quality is fine, just don't buy a rock hard tire. Continental DWS maintains excellent ride quality even at the 20" size.

Go with Swift until you get your coilovers. Just don't wait too long; might risk blowing out your shocks.
