vdc off light and slip light ,,, question please help

I have a 2009 Infiniti g37x sedan with a few upgrades such as megan racing full coilover setup with 32 way damping control with 2 front upper adjustable control arms by kinetik racing with the rear adjustable traction package (camber) n hotckis front n rear sway bars with SPL front adjustable sway bar links n whiteline rear adjustable sway bar links ....so sorry for all that but onto the question one year ago when I first got the car the vdc off light n slip light came on so I took it to the dealer n they fixed it by topping off the brake fluid n the lights stayed off for bout a year ...well the lights are back on...so I topped off the fluild n put on new front n rear drill/slotted rotors n pads by stillen...n these lights just stay coming on n staying on the first 15 mins of driving into every time I start the car.....so can I get some advice to what else could be going on??? Please n thank you... Merry Christmas

Hey, I was having the same problem with my 2009 g37xs, I went to the dealer also and they top it up with brake fluid and couple days after the light came right back, for almost one week the dealer was giving me the round a round, telling me that they don't know why, come back when the light is on so we can scan it, so I took it to an other infiniti and it took them one hour and they said it may be the ASCD main switch, had them both replace and so far so good.

Here a copy ask them to replace it, hope it help

Well now the lights come on within the first min or me driving n I'm not even pressing the gas or brake n I seen how the slip light will flash couple quick flashes n I'm not even actually losing traction once the quick flashes happen then the vdc off light n slip light comes on n stays on till I restart the car.... ???? I wonder if its that asc switch thingy ??

Also how much does that switch typically cost?

Not much, but even if it is the switch it probably doesn't need replacement. When they get out of adjustment it will make the car think you are depressing the brake pedal and the gas at the same time, causing the traction control system to freak out. I'd suggest you try the adjustment procedures for the brake pedal switches before you spend any money on a new one.

Of course it could also be other things too, like a flaky wheel speed or steering angle sensor, or even severely worn or mis-sized tires, etc. etc.

UPDATE UPDATE** I litterly just got in my car now started driving and currently the roads are dry ...I heard a small slight funny noise as the slip light started to flash a little bit..and then 5 secs after the slip light stop flashing then both the slip light and vdc off then came in and stayed on I don't think it the switch because I wasn't pressing the brake pedal..the weird noise I've never heard a noise like that before it almost sounds like the noise you hear from the abs brakes when they kick in... any other suggestions where should I look now..with those lights on can I go to auto zone since they do free engine codes diagnostics???

That's just the point though; if it is the brake pedal switches, then you don't even need to be applying the brakes. A maladjusted (or failed) switch causes the system to THINK the pedal is being depressed when it actually is not.

There aren't any stored fault codes that I know of for the traction control system to be read with a code reader.

The fact that you have had so much work done (i.e. brakes and suspension) in and around the hubs would make me a bit concerned about the wheel speed sensors.
