Are those camber arms straight? Do they interfere with your rear sway bar?

Uh oh, the straight camber arm dilemma
Also OP, if you notice in your first pic the toe bolt washer has that little "V" in the bottom, that part of the washer should be at approx. the 3 'o clock position rather than its' current 6 o'clock position. Since they didn't expand the slot that's as far as the bolt will slide. So that's that problem but the straight camber arm may also be an issue

That's your issue. No way they drilled out the slots for the toe bolts. That in itself takes an hour. My install took 4+ hours for Ron Bergenholtz to install and adjust.

4 hrs! wow. Take the car to a shop that knows what going on. That alignment is totally rubbish.

looked at the picture and its a fail, have him read instruction. That is the SPC toe and camber kit?? yes no??

hey BB, did you or blnewt ever find out if we need the straight or curved on the 14? i dont have any issues scraping my sway bar with these straight bars, i just need to take it to another shop that can drill the bigger holes onto the rear for adjustment, currently am sitting at 3degrees which i feel is horrible.

In another thread one of our forum vendors has been diligent about being in contact with SPC and was told that they have redesigned the arms to the straight design and that it doesn't interfere with the sway bar. I have them and mine are curved, but I some SPL arms on the way so it won't matter to me.

The shop will need to elongate the round hole to an oval shape. There's a template that comes with the parts and instructions. Since you want to increase positive camber, they only need to elongate it in one direction. I can't remember if it's toward the inboard or outboard side.
