Help lowering

Hi. I just had my rims on my 2010 G37S coupe powder coated black. Now I want to lower it around a 1"-1 1/2". Can I go with springs or do I need to go with coil overs. If I go with the springs do I need to change my springs or any thing else.

Yeah if you just want a mild drop then get some lowering springs. If you want more adjustibility save up for coilovers.

Go with Swift springs, IMO (and others) they are the best. Get some spacers while you are at it.

You'll also need an alignment and to keep your camber & toe in spec you should get F&R camber arms & rear toe bolt kit. Dropping a G isn't really cheap, figure at least $700 for the springs and camber/toe parts, $120 for the alignment and this is if you DIY the install, if you have a shop install the parts its' another $250 or more
