Click noise from brake when I back up my car

I had the same issue on my 350Z...it's the axle splines and there is a TSB as mentioned before.
I haven't had the issue on my 2010 G

That rear axle click was a 2004 TSB, I had it. Brakes "set" when you first start going and I've had many cars make an very audible "click" when you back up in the morning.

The noise comes from the front brakes in my G.
