If you just want to go lower, just do springs. If you are going to a track...you can spend more.

I went with springs and regret it. If you have the money do coils.

I also went with springs on my last car and regretted not getting coils. I was planning on getting them...then I sold my car!

I went with Stechs before I got my fortune auto due to limited funds. Looked for a quick drop and Stechs did their job the ride quality is managable if you can tolerate it being bouncy on rougher roads. Now I did diy on the springs and saved install fee and resold them for near cost what I go them for so it's not a bad idea to do springs first if your on a budget.

If moneh isn't the issue go for coilovers>springs you'll be better off since coils will give in ride quality and adjustability FTW!

Look into Swift springs they get a lot of raves about their overall quality. Most do eibach for subtle drop so you can find them fs in the classified. If you wanna be dumpt look into stech or h&r (known to be lowest of them all).

For coilovers look into fortune auto w/ swift springs, KW, stance, tanabe, or BC.

Do your own research and happy modding

If you get springs and don't get H&Rs, you're doing it wrong
