2011 G37 XS coupe lowering kit

Hello All,

I'm interested in a lowering kit for my coupe. I'm interested in a subtle drop, maybe about an inch, can someone point me out to a kit that would suit my preference? I also want a camber kit, as I'm concerned about alignment and uneven tread wear on my tires.

Thx,
Gus

There are a million threads out there for drops. Search around the forum.

But for something subtle I recommend Eibach PK for the x.

the drop from eibach for the x is 1.9" in the front and 1.7" in the rear. Have it on my x and I think its a pretty modest drop. I'd like a little lower but for now its not bad. car sits right above tire line. Not sure if there is any other spring company out there making a drop for the x coupe.. only other option i know of is bc coils

You dont need a camber kit. I need to lower my '12 sport X too. I am getting the eibach or bc coils. With the coils you will need a camber kit.

I got my camber measurements after my first eibach drop and they were perfectly fine without the camber kit

Mayor, do you have the X Coupe as well??
if so, how is the ride comfort with the BC Coils vs. the stock sport springs?
do you need a camber kit?
And from that picture, can you raise it about another 1/2inch??

Sorry if I'm asking too many questions, but I was never able to get these questions answered by anyone on the forum with the Xcoupe and BC coils.

its up to you about camber kit installed w/ springs or coils....

it will help with tire wear which you'll get once you lower the car whichever way.

the coilovers just help adjust the drive as opposed to just springs on a stock strut

its like comparing a good steak... i can go to a steak house adn be happy w/ a $25 steak or go out to the fancy dancy and get one for $200 bucks...
