I see people doing just springs, but how's handling after?

Stock dampers aren't built to the specifications of aftermarket springs. So there will be more bounce as the spring rates are higher

Isn't this partly why Eibach has designed/engineered a progressive coil spring in the Pro Kit.

Youre not getting springs for handling. Period.

Lowering springs are for looks, any addition to handling is just a minor plus

best way to go is to get coils, but you also can get good shocks, springs, struts and sways.

I have the Eibach Pro-kit springs with Tokico HP blue's and the handling is vastly improved over the stock S suspension. Sway bars help too.....

Typically springs are not going to improve your handling a great deal, especially when you're pairing them up with the OEM struts. More often than not, you will end up shorteneing the lifespan of the struts quickly and they will blow out/leak making your ride worse (and dangerous) than OEM was. I've seen this happen numerous times when folks pick a pretty high rate lowering spring and the struts blow in like 10k and their car is bouncing all over the road.

If anything with the lowering springs, you're probably better off going with a drop that isn't too aggressive (i.e. less spring rate) and it will probably save your struts.

^ correct.... my front left OEM strut went completely out after only ~4k miles and when I switched over to the Tokico's it was a night and day difference. Pro-kit with OEM struts was close to the stock ride with a little less body roll. Pro-kit with Tokico's (which are made for up to a 1.5" drop) compliment each other perfectly. I think this is a great drop if you would like to keep the cost under $500

No, get the ones for the G37 coupe. Most of the suspension components are interchangeable between the newer G's & Z's and the weights are very close too so the dampening is just fine.
