My Eibach PK rides great. I drive 65-70 miles a day and always enjoy the highway stretch because it allows me to set the cruise and just relax. I have never heard any banging noises from mine either. Maybe the guy didnt install the spring mounts correctly? If the springs are perfectly seated this could an area to introduce noise.

Did your guy use the Eibach bumpstops provided for the front?

When I confronted him he said the car already came with them. So I trusted his word, even though it didn't make sense because the new bump stops are longer than the existing ones due to the shorter springs. When I went back to have them installed, he told me it'd be $100 to install! He stated they were like the ones that came with the springs but longer. I have a feeling he just sold me the ones that I had back to me...and charged me $100 for his mistake. In the end, this shop charged me $200 (even though his initial quote was $150 but told me it'd be more because it's harder to install on an AWD G) for the initial install + $60 for alignment + $100 for the "fix" + 6% tax. So I started with a $210+tax quote for the install, up to $360+tax.

On the bright side, the ride is awesome now-better than stock imo- and the stance is awesome. Now all I need to do is get some spacers/wheels/tires.

Sorry to hear that. Atleast everything is sorted out with your ride now.
