2011 G37x lowered on Eibach pros

For any of you awd guys that have lowered your car on Eibachs, have you had any problems? The springs say that the drop is 1.9/1.6 or something like that. But when I got my springs installed today it looks like the car dropped like 4 inches! I looked slammed right now which isn't the look I want. I was looking for the conservative drop to get rid of the gap between the fender and tires.

Another problem I had was when the guy was installing the front springs he noticed that the struts were leaking a little oil! Keep in mind my car only has 700 miles. Should I take it into Infiniti?

Also another problem i've had now that the springs are in is that my car keeps bottoming out. It seems like the struts are stiff enough and every time I hit some sort of bump into hear a loud thud. I would take some pictures to show you guys but it's dark out right now so I'll post some pics tomorrow.

Sorry for the long post guys. Anybody have any similar experiences? Any suggestions?

What kind of eibach kit do you have that says it's a 1.9 and 1.6 drop? My prokit is advertised a 1.2 and 0.8 drop.

i heard bad reviews lately about Eibach Pro kit. A lot of people said the springs are stiff and you'll notice every bump on the road.

Do you have the awd G though? The awd version has slightly bigger tire/fender gaps which is why mine is advertised as that. Not sure why it's that much more than the non awd G. Btw the kit that I bought has a model number of 6394.140.

Here's a couple pictures that I took in my dark driveway. Sorry, they're cellphone pics too. You know what though? It doesn't look as low as it did earlier today. It still doesn't look like a standard Eibach drop however. The first link is the right rear, second is right passenger.

The ride didn't seem that much more harsher than the stock ride but when I bottom out (b/c apparently my struts are defective) I definitely feel it.

Looks fine man... Where do you see slammed at??? Lol Get some wheels now or some spacers and you'll be set.
You say your car is bottoming out? Can you explain more. Are you sure you're not just a little paranoid?
The 1.9 front 1.6 rear is the right specs for the AWD and that is the right part number. They are different from the Sport/Journey coupe.

When I mean bottoming out, I'm talking about when I hit a bump and I hear a loud banging sound. Two other guys that installed them said the same thing when we went on a test drive after the installation. It sounds like maybe the struts are compressing all the way in and perhaps that's causing the noise. It's only coming from the front struts too. It seems like the struts aren't strong enough. Again, I'm just quoting what my guy said.

Update: I talked to him and he said that there's something called a "bump stop" (not sure if I heard him correctly) that should fix the bottoming out issue. Only costs 7 bucks per side too.

I agree rom, the ride does feel slightly better than on the stock springs even though I'm feeling the road alot more (which is expected).

You're 100% right. I was thinking about the Sedan.
