S-Tech Ride quality

Im about to purchase some S-techs and wanted feedback on ride quality as compared to stock. How is the ride for daily driving? Have you developed any rattles, or has your suspension become more noisy?

I did a long search but not too much info on these matters. I will be running F&R cambers with aggressive offset CV-1s.

Thanks guys

Yea man, Im deciding between these and tanabe sustec coils. While I know tanabe coils are the way to go, I was hoping I could hold off on them till after an engagement ring purchase lol.I mostly do highway daily driving so do not want to diminish comfort too too much, obv there will be some change with either option.

A local guy offered me stechs for 120 that he used for a week and decided they were too low.

I had s-techs and i HATED the way they rode. The ride wasn't bad but the spring rates weren't made for the stock shocks so every time i went over an imperfection in the road the car would bounce...

I switched over to coilovers and could not be any happier. Do it right the first time and save yourself the time $$$ & headache imo.

Edit: oh yea not to mention the uneven drop it gives you. Front sits higher than the rear by a noticeable amount.

Thanks for the input Tomie. First I have heard of the uneven drop, most people love stechs.

Might as well save the money that's going on the S-tech and put it towards the tanabe... You won't regret the tanabe coils. They're good. I had them on my other car... and still running strong after 4 years.
