Would a camber/toe kit tilt my tires out and rub worse??? Would machining help?

I don't still have the spec on my 20" Volks but the offset is very aggressive. Even with the fender bracket and skirt trimmed it rubs during moderate to aggressive driving or with passengers. I was planning on having the wheels rear face machined cause the tire wear was horrible and I blew out after 11K.

So here is my main question, if I get a camber kit installed and have the camber adjusted to spec, would that tilt the top of the wheels out and make it rub worse? I'm trying to decide if I can fix this with machining or if I need to buy new rims. Currently lowered on Eibachs. Thx.

Without offsets and sizes it will be hard to give a detailed answer, but in general the answer to your question is yes. If dial in less negative camber = top of wheel/tire will come toward edge of fender = more rub.

And are you sure you trimmed enough of the fender bracket and lining like shown in Blackjack's posted thread?

Sharif at Forged did the work and I think it was pre-Blackjacks thread but that being said, yeah, they trimmed off a great deal and over the last year, the tire has done the rest to the point that the bolt is barely hanging on. That's one of the big reasons I need to get the wheels machine, cause if I rub any more I think the last of the bolt mount will go and the bumper will sag on the sides.
I think these specs are correct:
22 in the rear 26 in the front (offset).
The tires are Toyo T1R 245/35/20f, Toyo T1R 275/30/20r.
