New service bulletin ITB-0926 - Parking brake light switch repair procedure

While checking out InfinitiHelp.com, I came across a new service bulletin from May 12, 2009. I attached the PDF document that I downloaded from InfinitiHelp.com. The issue is that the parking brake light remains on when the foot operated parking brake pedal is released. It means that the parking brake switch is damaged.

It affects the following models.

2009 FX35/50 (S51)
2008 G35 Sedan (V36)
2008 – 2009 EX35 (J50)
2003 – 2006 G35 Sedan (V35)
2008 – 2009 G37 Coupe (CV36)
2003 – 2007 G35 Coupe (CV35)
2009 G37 Sedan (V36)
2006 – 2009 M35/45 (Y50)

I think the star/asterix means any other characters in the VIN between JNKCV64E and 9M. So if your VIN number begins with JNKCV64E and ends in 9M 605005 and was manufactured before Jan 22, 2009 then the service bulletin applies to your car. Kinda of like when you use an asterix while searching for files in Windows Explorer.
