you wont need to replace your studs if you go for the bolt on hubcentric ones

IMO, the best spacing for stock wheels & tires with no rubbing & perfect flush is the 20mm ones

I have pix in my profile

20mm if stay with OEM wheels and tire sizes. If you go with 245/275 tires on OEM wheels, then 15mm.

is it ok to put the 245/275's on if its a lease? most likely those would be my last set of tires due to my winter rims 1/4 the year.

They will be close. The 245/275 + 15mm will be less stretched of a tire on the rim with more of a square sidewall look. So really both are good, but just depends on what you like.

Just do 15mm and you wont have any issues at all. We are talking a difference of 5MM so visably there is not much difference but you will have zero rubbing issues. You will have to either do bolt ons or stud replacement. Personally I would only do stud replacement for safety reasons.
