my friend just bought his G and the first thing was springs. so he just got his Eibachs installed last night and on his drive home, jis front shocks were riding really rough and making a LOT of noise.

The thing was, when He removed the front stock springs, the rod that goes into the shock was sucked back into the shock, He couldn't compress the Eibachs enough to put the retaining nut, so He ghetto rigged it and used the cars weight to put the nut back in. Now His shocks maybe shot?!!!

what seems to be the problem and what should he do? he signing up for the forum as we speak right now
