People who have rattling issues with the BC Coilovers PLEASE POST IN HERE!!!!
lol,
pm me your address again. I'll get you over a replacement. I have a few others(symalik & finagle69) that will be recieving gaskets. As soon as I get confirmation this fixes those vehicles, I'll get them shipped to those others that need them.

Just a further update.
The rear rubber mounts were installed yesterday and tested out today. Another test drive around town to run some errands and through different road conditions. We heard no rattles or clunks. So if this is the same conditions for those customers, this should fix the issue. Just need an update from those individuals when they test them out. All items are scheduled for pickup in the morning from usps and are overnighted.

All that weight and the car still rattles.. I think its the exhaust and some cheap interior plastic piece. I also hear some "clanking" noise. Have no idea where that is coming from. My clutch also like to do some chattering.

It could be countless things, thats why it is hard to diagnos sometimes by phone or on a forum. I know Dan's (the vehicle we have in shop right now) has a few things that cause rattling. But the knock/thunk was abvious to be up high around the strut top. Check your preload to make sure the clanking isn't that. Real easy, just take the wheel off on the rear and if you can jiggle the spring loose, shorten the shock until it's snug. A 1/4 inch preload should be good. If the noise comes from up high, you may want a set of gaskets. We are just verifying this eliminates the noise from those few with the problem.
Pete, Did they go out yesterday? I did not get anything in the mail... i was going to work on my car tonight. that sucks. Hopefully I can get them tomorrow morning early
I just got the gaskets, will try them Sunday night and have a review on my drive to work Monday morning

Any updates on those parts?
Thanks, Pete
I will be going in tonight to put these in, got the car back 10pm last night, got home by 11 so didn't really get time this weekend. But tonight for sure, will have results tomorrow morning hopefully.
blah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I just spent 4 hours trying to put the 3M gaskets that Pete sent, on my car but the two bolts up top that hold the strut in place... 1 on each side is stripped and would not come off. So f*ckin annoyed right now, don't know how that happened because I didn't even use any air powered tools. They were fine, but got stripped when trying to take them off.
So when I was down there, I just checked the preload, everything was fine. I still have these 3m gaskets, now I have to find some one to remove the stripped bolts some time this week hopefully when I get some time during the day.
Sorry to let every one down, I tried but I just have real ****ty luck.

lol. only oneself can answer that question, grasshopper.
j/k
UPDATE AFTER GASKET INSTALL:
Wes and I installed the gaskets sent by Pete onto his car. After re-checking the preload and re-checking the torque values on all of the nuts and bolts, there is still noticeable noise, but less clicking. Also, because there is rubber on metal contact, we noticed slight squeeking on inclines or anywhere the body weight shifts. I would think this could be reduced from tightening the top nuts from the strut, however, we applied a bit more than the 21ft-lbs of torque as required by the service manual.
I've stated before that I felt like the noises and clicks could be coming from the shock's sock and/or bump stop somehow, but I don't really know of a way to test that out.
