Just to add, i've had creaking and some odd noises coming from the side and rear of the car in the past couple of weeks.

After some trial/error it came down to the rear sway bar having absolutely no lubrication on them, and the 6-pt chassis brace acting up (the threaded insert on the right rail seem to have been stressed from a recent HPDE), so i took the braces off.

No more noise

I'll need the following information

Vendor in which was purchased from
Shipping address
Credit Card is only taken to insure we recieve the old uppers back. Those will be sent back to further research if this is a part failure or just a specific vehicle issue. Only a 1 dollar charge is placed on the card to insure it authorizes. There will be a return label in the box for you to return at no cost to you.

I appreciate those parties that followed through with the testing to help us and the community out. As you recieve them, please continue with posting your results.

Thanks, Pete
I recently discovered this thread when I was actually searching for something else. I have had this same setup in my 08 37S, which I bought brand new in October 2008, for several years now which was installed by a very reputable shop in my area. I have had these same noise issues since day one of install and even had to have my car raised up twice due to scraping issues at no charge. However, even though I brought up the noise issues to the shop the only response they had at the time was that "coilovers are noisy sometimes". This noise has been the most annoying thing about my car since installing them.
I'm very pleased at the effort that was put in here by all parties involved especially Pete at BC, however as what seems to happen with a lot of these threads I am left feeling quite empty and incomplete since even though there seems to be some sort of a solution I don't see a part number associated with this part that seems to "fix" the issue or the video that was promised.
I will be calling BC on Monday to see if there is further resolve and if the part is available on the BC website.
Again I can't thank those involved enough for the countless hours of R&D to make this "fix". Without these forums there would be so many things that would go unsolved and progress would be practically non existent.
I'm hoping that these parts are still available as I would be so happy to not be hearing this abomination to my ear drums any longer.
Thanks again,
Jonathan C
