I have a 2010 G37 Sedan. 189,798 miles

I attempted to replace the D2S bulb on my car (passenger side) but it will come on at times & it won't come on at times. Sometime, I have to turn off/on (switch) multiple times before the light will come on. I have my car lights in "auto" mode so it can get tricky if it turns off & may not come on.

I would like to see if ballast replacement can fix the issue. Also, how can you test the igniter and/or what are the symptom of the igniter failure?

Can you advise on any recommendation good site that I can go get a Ballast and/or igniter replacement? I would rather not use eBay or Amazon.
