Headlight Troubleshooting on Inifiniti g37 sedan 2010

My left side headlight went out. It flickered and then went out. I figured it was just my light bulb that went out so i replaced it and still didn't work. I checked my headlight fuse and it looked good, then i replaced my ballast and igniting cable and still didn't work. I thought it was the wire that connects to the ballast bust i checked it with my meter and it was giving out 12v 11.8v to be exact. Any idea of what it is?

Here's the FSM for your car's exterior lights:

Scroll down below that viewing window and you can "click here to download a copy". That can help you understand the system.

If you're getting +12 volts at the ballast connector make sure the ground pin is reading continuity to the chassis. And if that's also solid then the fault can ONLY be the ballast or bulb. Did you use OEM parts? You could also try swapping the bulb and/or ballast from the passenger side as a test. Let us know what you find.
