I have a question. Just bought an 09 g37. In the middle of my gauge cluster between speedometer and tachometer where it shows the mpg, temp, etc...mine is red/orange. I am seeing tons of people that have theirs white. Is there a button somewhere I am missing? I'd like to change it to white as well. Thanks in advance.

 

There is no "magic button" or "mystery setting" involved. They are two entirely different clusters. You can swap out the center LCD, but major surgery is involved:

Or, you could just replace the cluster itself if you want white that bad- except then the mileage will differ than actual which could present a whole set of other problems.

 

So the white is from different models?

 

Within the G37 family:
2010+ models= white LCD
pre-2010 models= red.

A few have mixed/matched faces, needles, LCD's, and even the color of the back light LED's ... All depends on what your flavor is and your skill level.
