I am not a body expert, but based on what I see, I would agree that replacement parts are needed vs repair, except for the headlamp. Looks like the headlamp is not cracked or damaged, right? If that is the case, it should be repairable, which is nice cause its the most expensive part of those that you will need.
I am guessing shops that are telling you replacement versus repair are looking at their labor cost to actually fix the parts and it costing more than to just replace. Just a guess.
The front bumper cover is not terribly expensive, but I am not sure about the fender. The headlamp is $1000 plus from Infiniti, but a good used example can be found for significantly less. Sorry I cannot help more, just going off previous repairs on other cars and this car as well.

You can likely fix the wiring yourself, have any pictures of where it came off? Check your local Craigslist for part outs, you’d be surprised how cheap you can find good condition parts. You may even get lucky and find the same color you need.
The fender is creased. Fixing it doesn't make financial sense. If it were just a dent then repair would be a likely option.
Bumper cover may be fixable but would need painted anyway. So you are back to labor cost vs replacement cost.
