Trouble getting headlight cover off to change bulb

I was trying to change my hid bulbs on my 2013 G37 coupe. The issue is im having is getting the cover(in red) on the bottom off. This isn't a picture of my car but on the bottom corner of it theres a screw. Am I suppose to unscrew it to get the cover off to get access to the bulbs? I tried turning the cover and it won't move at all.

You don't need to unscrew any of the screws the piece thats circled in red you just give it a nice hard turn to the left. The circle in red is your hid and the one circled in yellow is your parking light while the one circled in blue is for your fog lights. You might just have to lube it up a LITTLE bit if you're having as much trouble as you are. Best of luck and keep us updated with any progress or any more questions you may have.

It can be really tight. Get a pair of pliers and grip it firmly and turn it counterclockwise.
