Help with my HID situation!!

I have a 2009 G37s coupe with all packages and all but 1 option.

My right HID randomly went out when I was in the movie theater. I came out of the movies and my battery was dead. Jump started my car and the right light wouldn't come on. Never had any problems with my car whatsoever until now.

I bought a new Sylvania HID and replaced the bulb, and the light still didn't work. I called my local Infiniti dealership and of course they said the whole assembly needs to be replaced now. I know that's not true.

I don't know if it would be the Ballast, Relay, or whats wrong? And I don't know what to do next.

95% chance it's the ballast. I've never done it on G37 but on my old G35 it took like 10 minutes with a screwdriver to replace the ballast and headlight didn't need to be taken out. It may or may not work the same way on G37, do some research. Ebay is full of used and new ballasts.
