Best Touch up paint?

Should I get the regular dealer sold touch up paint to fix a few chips on the hood? or maybe someone know a better place.

In the past the touch up paint from the dealer appeared to not match the cars paint 100%.

my g37 is shadow graphite . Anyone have experience with dealer sold touch up paint for this color?

thanks,

The reason it may not "match" is because the new paint is not weathered and exposed to sunlight so It will always look "off" until time runs it's course and evens the paint out. I'd stick with the dealer paint code unless you know a paint shop that can give you the amount you need. Usually touch-up paint is tough to get since it's such a small amount.

I have been happy with my results using Dr.Colorchip.

I have Pearl White which is a Tri stage paint. If your Shadow Graphite is a tri stage the touch up kits will not match 100%. But it is still better than the chunk of paint missing in your front end. Only way to make it perfect again is to get a whole new paint job.
