Hi guys,
had some questions for you.

1. Do the door sills (that light up) come factory or is that an option? I was at the dealership today and saw some G37s have them while some not.
2. Do they have ones for the rear too? I didn't see any for the back.
3. Checking ebay, I saw that the Fx50/FX35 have front and rear sills, has anyone done a DIY and installed those in the G37?
4. Does Infiniti sell light up footwells or is there a third party that does?

Sorry for the questions, new to the 37 (1 month owner) so learning the ways.

 

I'm interested in knowing about the coupe, mine doesn't have it and was wondering where to buy and our cars prewired for it?

 

1. Answered your own question, it's an option.
2. The kit includes matching stainless steel sills for the rear but do not light up.
3. I doubt anyone has done this retrofit, guessing the sills are different in size.
4. You can get a lighted foot well light kit from an Infiniti parts website.

Some kits come with the full harness that you just have to plug into the bcm. The ones on eBay require some wire tapping, but not a hard install.

As for the light up foot wells, I'll check with the dealership for that one!

 

I've seen multiple sets for $99 from one particular seller, but i haven't seen him post in a while. this looks like the best deal for now.
