Moisture in Reverse light

Hi all,

I have moisture IN the reverse tail light (problem A), and also in between the plastics (red/white) of the tail housing (problem B). You can notice the moisture in the reverse (white) light all the time, but the water in between the plastics can only be notice when i open the trunk and the water moves around.

To try and remove the moisture from inside the reverse light (problem A), I removed the reverse bulb and stuck a teabag in their with some rice, let it chill for 2 days. Seemed like it was fine, rained that night, and now is back with a vengeance. Suggestions?

I have no idea how to solve problem B, if anyone can understand what I am trying to say about that. Suggestions on this issue?

*I will try and post pics later when work is over

Thanks for anyone who has thoughts or has had the same issue

*Note: passenger side only (for whatever reason)
