I have pictures but they are crappy pictures from my cell phone.

They look awesome with my LED lights on the door because they match 100%

Looking to get these for my 2008 G35 Sedan. Are they plug and play or require splicing?

green wire?

I've got it hooked up to the green and sky blue wires but it's not working.

Are we talking about the more... minty green by chance?

***Nevermind. got it. It is the minty green one

Thanks, looks like splicing is required.

Thanks

I had similar type plugs that I thought would work but they ended up being for 18 gauge wires. Didn't work on these tiny things. Since I already had everything taken apart I just pealed back the insulation and soldered the things on there.

So is this consensus that these are not really G37 sedan sills, but the M? I see people with 2012 G37 have to splice wires, and I doubt this would be needed with the factory part.

Yea looks like it was for the M's...but at that price, and only taking at most 30 minutes with the installion instructions and pictures on this thread its a steal of a deal compared to $280

installation question

hey guys I followed the steps to install these and they are not lighting up for some reason. I used wire splice connectors to connect the white wire(kick harness) to sky blue (bcm) and Red wire (kick harness) to minty green (bcm). I ran the wires correctly and tabbed both kick plates in without the 3M tape (to remove again since not lighting up) but they are not lighting up. I am not sure what I did wrong here but if anyone has any ideas that would be appreciated thanks. I can take some pics put will post up later since I am at work.

I'm guessing the quick splice connectors are not making complete contact with the wires. Give them a little squeeze with pliers.

That is a good idea. Ill check the connectors later and see if I can squeeze them a bit more even though I pretty much squashed them with my pliers intially haha.
