Ever seen these for the G? - Aluminum accented instrument switches

Ever seen these for the G? - Aluminum accented instrument switches

Has anyone seen aluminum trip computer or instrument brightness control switches like the ones in this pic? I think they would go well with our interior and would love to have them. Also, I sometimes have trouble identifying them on the first touch. If they were aluminum they would be easier to locate with just peripheral vision.

Must be the newer infiniti or custom. he does have CF trims so it maybe custom.
But I don't think anyone makes that.... anymoe pics?

the G switches look pretty close to the Fx ones, but they aren't the same. Wouldn't suppose there's another infiniti that has the G size switches and in aluminum
