Faded Paint Spots...?

So I pulling my car around my work today to get my brake pads installed and I see these Faded paint spots on the hood of my car , but you can only see them if you look at them in this direction...The other side you cant see the spots. I have never seen them before and the car is kept in the garage. The only other places I park are at work (no trees around) and at school (in a parking garage) I tried to rub them off with a rubbing compound and a micro towel but nothing..I looks to be under the clear coat..Any ideas of what this is and how I can fix it?

It looks like hard water spots to me, have you tried a clay bar?

thats what i thought at first too...but i couldnt rub them out. And the car rarely sits outside. We had hail here last friday idk if that could have caused it? The hail was really small though

Maybe moisture trapped in clear coat, I remember there is a TSB for that.
The fix in the TSB is to use a heat gun to remove the moisture.
