Maybe 25% all the way around? I don't think 25% would get messed with by the law, I think they go for the blacked out cars lol.

 

i would suppose the easy answer to this topic would be...

you should go with whatever you feel comfortable driving with AND feel comfortable with other people looking at it (ergo police).

that's was the thinking behind why i went with 35%

 

Agreed. Some people want it dark, some people want it light. Thats why we have options.

 

Just got a ticket. I was told that I had 30% when I bought the car.
$109 ticket in Atlanta. I was near a bad neighborhood and I think he pulled me over in the hopes of catching a dealer or something...

From now on, I roll my windows down when I see police.

I do not plan on changing the tint. I will rethink when I get another ticket.

Hot ATL days + black interior = tinted windows

 

I have 25% all the way around, it looks darker if you have a dark interior. My car is black on black and everyone thinks i have a darker tint.
