Need some help or links/instructions on how to remove your old fog lights and proper install the HID fog conversion kit. Any tips would be Appreciated.

Installing an HID kit is pretty self explanatory. It will come with instructions in your HID kit.

 

HID kit comes with instructions and if it doesn't it's beyond self explanatory to connect.
Take off your front bumper.
Take out the bulb in fog lamp.
Place the HID bulb in its place.
Connect the harness coming from the ballast to the OEM harness that connects to the bulb.
Find a neat place to stick the ballast on.

Bumper really easy to come off I took mine off within 10 minutes. Please post pics as I been thinking to do 8000k headlights n fogs . Let's see some pics

 

Daren, I'll get you some pics tonight of 8000Ks on the IPL. Although getting the true color to show on camera is near impossible. But I'll try.

 

Would love to see this too.

 

I like the bluer lights but didn't like the lower visibility compared to stock at 4300K so I went with 5000k headlights and 6000k fogs.

 

I don't think you have to take off the bumper to install fogs do you? when i did mine i just went in from either the bottom of the bumper or the fender liner.

 

Alright, a little late, but I got some pics. Its so damn hard to get the white balance on the camera right, so the color isn't 100%, but its somewhat close I guess. It kind of distorted other colors in the image to get the right color of the lights... I shot a picture of my license plate LEDs from Diode, which I believe are 6000K, so you have an idea of how to compare.





Oh and my camera was about to die, so I didn't really get a chance to mess around with camera options too much, I'll probably try again in the next few days.
