So you have to cut the IPL grill around the module or does the 2008 grill with the cut out fit the IPL bumper?

No need to cut anything. The module fits nice behind the grill

I was under the impression that the front of the module has to be clear of any objects. So it will work with the grill in front of it , because the 2008 grill has the cut out around it.

The bumper swap is easy, just make sure you support the bumper underneath when removing it from the side brackets.
There are plenty of DIYs for the bumper. I wrote a DIY for the fog hookup, in the DIY section.

Should have done a group buy on this, lol. I think they have sold well over 100 bumpers now.

You should have gotten some kick back on this P Casey! LOL!

If anyone wants a set of pigtails, I will sell you some with a set of 4smd white LED parking lights for $32 shipped. PM me if your interested! I have no use for em.

The swap today went well, it looks reallllly nice installed. Makes it look a lot more aggressive and luxurious at the same time.
