TWM Abrams M1 Shiftknob Review!

Hey everyone,

I JUST got my TWM M1 Abrams Gunmetal shift ****

UPS present =)

The stuff that came with it

The **** it self: This thing is HEAVY. 460 Grams. At first I thought the ball was kind of small in my hand. But later on whenever I put the **** on. It fit very nicely. But that will come later =)

Shift **** comparison - The M1 is i want to say a good 3 or 4x heavier than the stock ****.
M1 Abrams - Nismo - Stock

INSTALL.
1. My stock shift **** was loose from the start, simply just twist off. Put on the Lock nut if you bought the engraved shift **** / patterned.

2. Put the aluminum **** holder onto the shaft. Hand tighten it

3. I had to adjust it a few times to get my pattern fitted correctly.

4. Almost there =)

5. BAM

REVIEW -
TWM shipped it out very quick! And I talked to Patrick who was very helpful and friendly about it when I changed the **** i wanted a few times haha. The **** is VERY heavy. which is VERY GOOD. The **** makes shifts a TON smoother. The **** fits perfectly in your hands. I was scared it would be too small but TWM hit it right on the spot. They also have height adjusters that come with it but i wanted mine sitting as low as possible. To make the throws a little shorter. After messing with the pattern for about 5 minutes i got it aligned up correctly. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS THING. They have plenty of other *****. But The M1 Abrams is THE BEST IMO. They have alot of colors. I got gunmetal to match my car / int.

Here is the link to the M1 http://www.twmshiftknobs.com/shiftkn...hiftknobs.html

Here are a few pics of 1st + 2nd gear to show you.

Definitely need to make it your next mod for the interior. It Is useful and makes it look alot nicer!

Big shoutout to Patrick @ TWM!

Van

Not that i know of. If the boot fit snug then it would be hella sexy.

I have the leopard ****. Love it. TWM has a great quality product!
Check out my build thread my boot is nice and snug. Remove the plastic cup on the boot and use a ziptie to hold the boot on the shifter. Makes for a nice clean look
