Paint protector sticker.

Hello all,

I hit a metal piece on the freeway and luckily it hit the paint protector sticker that is in front of the rear tires. I'm not sure what it is called but it scraped some of the sticker off.

Anyone know where I can purchase replacement paint protector stickers?

Are you talking about the clear bra?

No it's not the bra, it's directly in front of the rear tire to protect from gravel thrown from the tire.

You should be able to purchase those from either your dealer or a reputable body shop. I've had to get mine replaced before and the body shop who painted my panel ordered one of those for me as well.

Oh, is that what those are? *Whew*.

I just purchased a used '08 G37 a few days ago and just noticed those "stickers" a day after I bought it. I was slightly freaking out that those were some patch to cover up a crack behind them.

Thanks for helping me sleep better at night now

Wow, you were lucky, that protective piece doesn't cover too much in that area. A hit strong enough to damage it surely would have chipped the paint w/out it.
